About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Architecture Specialist to design, evaluate, and evolve enterprise-level technology architectures. In this role, you’ll partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals. What You’ll Do
- Design and document enterprise architecture blueprints across applications, infrastructure, data, and integration layers
- Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities for modernization, consolidation, or cloud migration
- Define architecture standards, patterns, and governance frameworks; ensure teams adhere to them
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps
- Lead architecture reviews for major projects, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and vendors

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in IT/enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, or related technical roles
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools
- Solid understanding of networking, security architecture, and data architecture principles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within large, matrixed enterprise organizations
Preferred:
- TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent certification
- Experience with microservices, API management, and integration platforms
- Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government, etc.)
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
